Excellent working environment

A versatile selection of services is available for companies operating in the property. The canteen and the gym offer amazing sea views. The elegant lobby and reception area is located on the glass passage traversing the entire building. The skylights of the passage provide natural light to the premises.

Wellbeing at work is enhanced by personnel facilities with a splendid sea view. The gym, sauna and the spacious bath and dressing rooms are located on the ground floor, with direct access to the sea shore. On the 5th floor, there is a rentable sauna suite with a special roof terrace (approximately 140 m²). In addition, the new building’s 11th floor houses a luxurious suite for entertainment.

The property also caters to the needs of cyclists by providing plenty of storage space, even for long-term use. There are also many ordinary basement storage units of various sizes starting from under 10 m².

The total size of the parking facilities at the property is approximately 14,000 m². The three-level indoor car park also includes charging stations for electric cars and a carwash that also serves external customers. The property also features excellent bus connections. Two bus lines stop right in front of the building and more bus lines run just 200 metres away. The building will also have direct access to the metro once the western metro line is completed.

Cleaning services

Professional cleaners carry out maintenance cleaning operations during weekdays, as well as special cleaning services such as waxing floors and cleaning windows. The cleaning service provider offers basic and special cleaning services based on customer orders.

The users of the property can report faults and service requests related to the building by telephone or e-mail to the HelpDesk, which is on duty around the clock. The HelpDesk logs all fault reports and service requests in the property’s Tampuuri maintenance log.

Niemco Management Oy is responsible for property management at the property.

Lift maintenance

The lifts are located in the lobby of Building A: two passenger lifts and one goods lift, and in the Building B: two passanger lifts and one goods lift.

The use of the lifts is restricted by access control. Lift access to the floors above the ground floor requires an access card. To use a lift with an access card, first touch the access control reader in the lift and then select the desired floor.

Maintenance services are provided by ISS Palvelut Oy. The maintenance man is Jesse Heinonen.

Tenants also have the option of purchasing minor property improvement services from the maintenance company, such as putting up paintings and other items on walls.

The reception services are managed by Regus Management (Finland) Oy. Reception services receive your guests and deliveries according to your instructions and provide information to your guests. Additional services are available for additional fees.

Restaurant and catering services

Sodexo operates a lunch restaurant on the first floor of the building. The restaurant includes a pleasant summer terrace with a sea view. The restaurant is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with lunch served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Sodexo also provides catering services for the meeting rooms and premises leased by tenant companies. Sodexo maintains the meeting room booking system at the property. Contact the restaurant’s contact person to obtain a user name and password for the booking system.

Security services

Security guard services are part of the property’s security management aimed at protecting people, property and the environment from risks and hazards. Security services include processing alarms triggered by technical security equipment and responding to them, as well as carrying out on-site security visits at predetermined intervals.

Securitas Oy is responsible for security services at the property. The security service provider is responsible for security in the building’s common areas. Tenants wishing to obtain additional security services for their premises must enter into a separate agreement with the security service provider.

Waste management services

The waste disposal room in Keilaranta 1 is located next to the side entrance to the lobby of Building B. The waste disposal room includes collection containers for the following types of waste:

– organic waste
– waste-to-energy items
– glass
– hazardous waste (batteries, fluorescent tubes and bulbs)
– cardboard and paperboard
– general waste
– white office paper
– newspapers, envelopes and coloured paper
– metal

A compactor for cardboard, paperboard and waste-to-energy items is located in the inner courtyard near the entrance to Building B.

The services of urban Espoo

The wide variety of shops and other services at Tapiola and at the Sello shopping centre are just ten minutes drive away, as are the services in the nearby Lauttasaari district.

Besides the staff restaurant at Keilaranta 1, there are a number of other restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. The area’s rich cultural attractions include the Espoo Cultural Centre, the WeeGee Exhibition Centre and the Espoo City Theatre. The area offers good public transport connections.
